This place is a polished turd I’ve been having problems since I moved in. Not to mention, there’s been multiple times I turn around and maintenance has let themselves into my home due to the fact that the locks are digital. The space is nice, but the price is outrageous because of that maintenance issues that keep popping up. There’s Also a slight Insect problem To be aware of. The building itself is really old. Great place to live, I had an issue with my air conditioning unit. Jason was able to replace it the next day.
In case any problem in my apartment, Jason has been very swift to resolve it. He is very nice guy and anyone will definitely more relaxed when you have in house maintenance guy like Jason.
Maintenance service is amazing. Shout out to Jason who is a pleasure to work with. Service with a smile!
