if this location is anything like the kansas city location that gas lit and evicted me before the holidays this year i reccomend staying very far away. google "mac apartments gas lighting" for the full clip on recording. check out their response that won't offer a single hint if diginity. probably something like "call the people who gas lit you instead of talking here"
all the front desk staff at the apartment are so wonderful, especially Hailey and Joshua and Nicole. My againg mother lived there briefly only to find out she had to go to assisted-living and they made the transition seamless and provided such care to her in her short interim there. Thank you all!
I had a very frustrating experience with MAC Properties. Communication throughout the application process was extremely poor. I had to reach out multiple times just to get any kind of update, and even then, responses were slow and unhelpful. Instead of being transparent, I felt like I was being strung along with no clear answers about my application status. Parc Frotenac - Moving in and find a space here has been a breeze and at other places ive rented at, theres always been one or two people in the office I maybe dont vibe with at first, but so far EVERYONE has been awesome!! 😁 I very much so appreciate Haileys help at the front desk with getting me pointed in the right direction with getting my things moved in and where things are. (Side note, I was absolutely *stunned* by the city skyline view to the east during sunrise this morning from an upper floor unit)
