Mac Prescription earned my business decades ago by being a local pharmacy but since the most recent ownership "change" from Nicole to Parko Inc (2012) the service has steadily declined and then in 2019 the quality of service plummeted. The employee turn over has increased and all the friendly, customer service oriented assistants have been replaced with sparky, rude and inconvenienced employees. Worst pharmacy. I used the branch that was at PMC and they were great. It closed and all three times Ih bar used the 3rd Street location they haven’t had my prescription I called in days prior ready. Then they put mine at the back of the line instead of rectifying their repeated mistake. Some staff are nice but a few who are at the registers are so rude. Take you business elsewhere.

I took my great grandma in for a compression sock measurement and the ladies there assured her they would fit. We got the socks and they didn’t fit whatsoever, so we came back to see if we could possibly exchange them and the woman who measured the socks wrong told her coworker to “Give them their money back and tell them get out”. They yelled at my 82 year old grandma about how she doesn’t know what she’s doing and that’s why the socks don’t fit, when in fact she’s been wearing these kinds of socks over 8 years and never ha... read more

Typically very quick service and a knowledgable and polite staff. Sometimes they become overwhelmed with the amount of orders and constantly telling everyone it will only be 15 minutes for their fill. But they are very apologetic and kind during our waits, but I would suggest them telling us it would be longer waits for more busier times so that other customers don't feel anxious about waiting longer than they were told.
