I have used Mac Plumbing for almost 10 years and referred them to many friends. So I am at a loss to understand. Mac installed a water heater on 10/6/2020. I have had a lot of water on my basement floor for two weeks. It comes down to Mac Plumbing is not behind the warranty. I have now been on the phone, (on hold), with ******************* who they bought the tank from for 40 minutes at this time.
