I have used Mac Plumbing for almost 10 years and referred them to many friends. So I am at a loss to understand. Mac installed a water heater on 10/6/2020. I have had a lot of water on my basement floor for two weeks. It comes down to Mac Plumbing is not behind the warranty. I have now been on the phone, (on hold), with ******************* who they bought the tank from for 40 minutes at this time. We have just used their services for the second time and found them to be very quick, competent, and affordable. Will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone. The workers are very pleasant and friendly.
