MacPherson Property Management – Don't even consider renting a place via Seattle office MacPherson prop management. We had such negative experience with RUBEN, the leasing agent, who literally didn?t care about future tenants. After showing the rental property for 10 minutes, he was not able to answer my questions saying that he is in the hurry, doesn?t have enough time, and drove away. Management Company – Horrible services Horrible management!!! Rude personnel, unprofessional agents. Why owners spend $$$ on trusting their properties to manage by such unprofessional company. I have couple of words to say to tenants--- DON?T RENT FROM MACPHERSON?You will never get in touch with your agent, nothing will be done to fix your place, you will be miserable once you sign a lease agreement... Few words To Owners DONT SPEND YOUR $$$, don?t let someone rip you off, just do it yourself!!!
