Theresa May is the WORST property manager I have EVER dealt with. She ignores peoples emails, she does not solve issues associated with homeowners, zero ounce of respect or compassion, does not show up to board meetings, talks to you over the phone without an inkling of customer service. Where did they find you, the DMV? I worry her co-workers and this business are the same way. Avoid at all cost.
