Paranoid!I am an expat, living in Sweden. I bought a lap top from them in October 2008. First, the battery didn't work. They did kindly send me a new one. Second, there were key board problems from the beginning. Third, one of the keys got loose and when I closed the lap top one night, the screen cracked. When I told them the screen cracked, their response was "Sorry for the inconvenience." Not good.
I purchased an iMac G4, delivered on 2/6/08. As of early April it has not worked at all. I contacted Mac of All Trades and they basically said, too bad- the warranty is good for 30 days and then they’re not liable. I brought the computer in to get serviced and it needs a new logic board. I guess I don’t understand how a refurbished computer has the logic board go out so quickly- just two months after purchase. I feel like I was ripped off.
