I got a broken apple watch from them and still cannot get a shipping label from them.
Just got my Mac !!! I am so freaking happy ! The Mac has a bit of minor cosmetic damage to the base, but otherwise it is beautiful. I wouldn’t expect it to be 100% perfect considering that it’s refurbished and the price that it was. Still, it is almost perfect! The accessories I bought with it are too! I couldn’t be happier honestly!
I recently sold a MacBook Pro and the process couldn't have been easier. I was able to send in the computer when it was best for me and didn't have to wait for another shipping label which was great. I received my $1000.00 check two days from the time I shipped the computer which is faster than what they say on their site for the free check option. The only bad I would say is that the check is a Wells Fargo check and I was unable to cash it at Wal-Mart. Other than that if you want a fast and professional way to get some cash... read more
Paranoid!I am an expat, living in Sweden. I tried to time the purchase of a computer from the company, with a return visit to the U.S. So, my an was to buy the computer, ship it to the friend with whom I was staying, and take it back to Sweden.First, the company rejected my European Master Card debit card, siting that they do not ship overseas for orders less than five units. Paranoid! My experience in trying to purchase a computer abroad, and have it shipped to a friend in the U.S., was horrific. First, the company did not accept my European Master Card debit card, and when I used the American Express Card that is still tied to my U.S. address, the company sited I placed an order from a foreign IP address. I guess these guys never get out of Florida. Perhaps the Palmetto bugs ate their brains.
