I believe the low star ratings are from years ago. We have been beyond pleased with the treatment and services provided by an amazing team! They are part of our educational team invited to the school process by us as they not only understand but truly care about the child!
I don't have any association or personal experience with this place as of yet but I happened to be driving down baker Rd ironically just after mentioning my thoughts and personal connection with this subjects appearance. HORRIBLE. I can't speak specifically to the treatment because I couldn't even get a full phone call completed. I called to inquire about services and the female that answers the "Operator" option was by far the rudest person I have ever encountered while looking for ASD services. Repeatedly became verbally aggressive and loud while I was trying to ask questions about their program. My child attended MAC for about 3 years. They were always great to work with. So thankful for all of the help my child received from them!
