Unethical--Best word I can use to describe this management company. They suddenly decided to review who was living in the apartments and charged residents a $50 application fee to anyone over 18, not on the lease, and then didn't add those people to the lease documents! They told these residents to pay an additional $50/mo (for a resident who's son is 18 and living with him ) and $100/mo for a different resident who's 19 yr old nephew had been living with them since the lease began (yrs)-they did not follow the lease, or eve... read more
The worst property I have ever lived at. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT DESERVE ANY BUSINESS. OR ANY STARS. they let you know about how their security is amazing...when in reality it's not. they have fake cameras all over the property, there have been multiple break-ins as well as other tenants hitting each other's cars and when you report it to the office the only thing they have to say about it is, "we don't have it on camera" when in actuality THEIR CAMERAS ARE JUST FOR SHOW.
