Unethical--Best word I can use to describe this management company. They suddenly decided to review who was living in the apartments and charged residents a $50 application fee to anyone over 18, not on the lease, and then didn't add those people to the lease documents! The worst property I have ever lived at. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT DESERVE ANY BUSINESS. OR ANY STARS. they let you know about how their security is amazing...when in reality it's not. they have fake cameras all over the property, there have been multiple break-ins as well as other tenants hitting each other's cars and when you report it to the office the only thing they have to say about it is, "we don't have it on camera" when in actuality THEIR CAMERAS ARE JUST FOR SHOW. Worst scam I've ever fallen for. Maintenance never showed, all my appliances were broken upon move in. They entire unit was trashed. For 2200 I should of gotten what was agreed upon before move in. The office staff is awful. Allen has terrible management skills who hides from his unhappy clients to the extent of never returning email or phone calls. The company is a total scam.

my ac has not been cooling for over a week!! I've put in work orders and have tried calling maintenance numerous times and have left VMs. Maintenance NEVER answers the phones. EVER. My apartment has reached almost 90 degrees!! Rent is due tomorrow and I'm NOT paying until someone fixes my AC!!

worst company ever. I would not recommend at all. I have made repeated attempts to reach out management with 0 resolution. Allen is a poor example of management and a leader. there is no excuse for my $2200 rental to be in the shape that it is after the 4 page list of maintenance requests I have submitted, many of which have still yet to be fixed. one of them is I've been asking them to fix this leak and they just can't seem to do it. Mac Lamar has not returned my deposit, in four months. ive called weekly and still do not have resolution. Spoke with manager Blaine two weeks ago said i would get my full deposit back within a week. Blaine has not returned phone calls and leasing office cannot provide any information. Do not lease from this company.

We have had issue after issue since living here they refuse to fix anything but will pay make ready to come and fix up a apartment. They are crooks and liars
