We’ve been going to this office for almost two years. The office visits always lasted 5 to 6 mins with the doctor no counting we always had to wait 15 mins until the doctor finally talks to us. We never felt that they cared about our children. The visits were always super quick and no time dedicated to explain to us any vaccine or anything. I i’ve gone to McCool pediatrics for over 13 years and ever since they had a new desk lady. I think her name is Miss Jenny. She is so nice and amazing she helps you with everything. If you need medical record she helps you with that. I hope when you go there, you get the same politeness and positivity as you do as well as I do, she is such a nice and kind lady and she such a sweetheart, Thank you for a For McCool pediatrics, you guys are such a blessing, including Miss Jenny. She is such a blessing as well.
