First off this place is amazing. Shirley is awesome. She made my family feel like we were home here forever. The renovations are amazing. We had a few things that needed fixed, but Brad made it happen and when I thought due to the holidays it'd be a little wait. Nope he was here fixed the things and was so helpful in showing me how to maintain things. If you are looking for a nice, quiet, friendly place to live then this is the place. Thank you Shirley and Brad.
We moved here 7 months ago after dealing with constant noise in our previous apartment, and what a difference! The townhomes are incredibly quiet thanks to excellent sound insulation, and it finally feels peaceful at home. The management team is amazing, always friendly and helpful, truly like friends and family. The community is clean, well-maintained, and our neighbors have been wonderful. We’re so grateful to be part of this lovely community!
I have been living here for almost 6 months and I love it here. Despite being just off of Henderson Rd, this neighborhood is safe and quiet. The rent is good for what you get (2 bd, 1.5 bath, LR, DR, kitchen, w/partially finished basement, w/d hookups, storage space, 2 parking spots, and a little porch).
