John with MAC Heating and Air was great. I thought we would be without air all weekend and they came within a couple hours of calling. We were lucking that we did not require new equipment but we are cooling off. Fantastic.
We have used Mac Heating and Air for Preventative Maintenance on an annual basis for years and years. Reliable, comprehensive, communicative. Theses guys give the equipment ( we have 2 units for our 2 story home) a thorough inspection, testing, cleaning, flushing the lines, and filter replacement. We actually signed up with a home warranty service company for awhile, but it was very apparent that they were only providing a quick check, if that!
