The Mac Heating and Air team are great. Their engineer John Acker has done a great job servicing my system for the last bunch of years and it works like a dream. When I have had issues (e.g. failed water pump, furnace down because LPG ran out) they have either helped me over the phone (the reception staff are VERY knowledgeable) or sent someone round immediately. I strongly recommend having a service agreement with them. It keeps everything running smoothly and guarantees priority response.
I could not have asked for better service. Beginning with the ladies who answered my call to the gentlemen who troubleshot and fixed my problem, everyone was pleasant and professional. First class. Thank you all!!
