Graham was incredibly patient with my son today. He has a fantastic way with kids and quickly put my mind at ease about my son’s needs. His calm and supportive approach made a real difference and I’m grateful for the care and understanding he showed. Highly recommended!
I am most disappointed in this business I purchased hearing aids and received no information on how to use them, clean them. I complained and suggested they weren’t working properly several times with no satisfactory assistance. I finally gave up and went to another audiologist where I found my aids weren’t even updated to the proper software nor were they primed to my hearing loss. I would suggest people find another audiologist and don’t waste your time here.
We have been going to Mac Hearing for about 3 years now. Prior to that I was with another national based group since getting hearing aids about 15 years ago. My husband has had aids for about 7 years now. An ENT specialist requested I have bone conduction tests through them as most other brand based audiologist do not do those tests. I had an appointment with Mac hearing at Gregory hills at 9.15 am, I was late about 15 mins for traffic situation . As soon as I reach the receptionist behaviour is extremely rude and Australian because I am late . She speak with me very much unprofessional and unethical way . Rudeness is not Australian acceptable behaviour at all. After 5 mins she speak with me with more of a rude personality and said she will have to rebook the appointment to another date and time . Dr Mo Helou was fantastic! He’s very polite, kind and a young Doctor who listened to my concerns. He provided a comprehensive and thorough overview of my ears, and then cleaned them without pain or discomfort. The micro-suction was efficient and swift. I highly recommend Dr Mo to everyone!!
