I am blown away by my experience at the service center. After calling several dealerships, and hearing 4 day turn around times, I was STRESSED about bringing my car in. Dennis made the process so easy. He updated me every step of the way. He even went out of his way to ensure all the parts got here on time. Cannot recommend them enough!
I stopped by Southway Ford to see if I would finally be able to get my first truck my salesman Richard Gutierrez took me to look at a used 2020 F150 and also looked into a new truck. He took all my information and went to work. When he came back he was totally honest and told me that the new truck would be out of my price range but the 2020 was going to be easier to get me into. Absolutely horrible service department, do not take your vehicle here.
I had a great experience there. I dropped off my car late Monday morning and by 3pm or so they were running diagnostics. It continued until Wednesday morning. They found the problem and ordered the part. It was the turbo charger assembly that needed repair. By Friday afternoon they were finishing up and by Saturday morning it was ready to be picked up. the bad reviews are 10000% accurate. bought a car from ford mac haik and the day we drove it off the lot we got a tire sensor fault. brought it back same day and a tech in the quick lane said we had to come back on monday. well i had to wait a week as this is my only form of transportation and my hours at work are the same as the service hours here. when i finally bring it in they basically slap a bandaid on it. this happened 2 more times. when i finally take it to the actual service and not quick lane they tell me its gonna... read more
