All these bad reviews are true . Save your time go to another dealer . We had the worst experience here and it seems like everyone get treated the same .
Showed up right after quick lane opened. Spent two and a half hours waiting for an oil change and tire rotation (after pinging the front desk for status). Additionally had to go back and request something to clean my center arm rest after the mechanic left dirt and oil all over it. Will not be coming back ever.
3 hours for an oil change is insane. I typically enjoy taking my civic for an oil change at Fernandez Honda. It’s usually a 45 minute wait and I’ll have some coffee while walking around. Today I volunteered to take my husbands truck for an oil change at southway ford. I dropped off the truck at 7:15, and was waiting in the sales lobby with my baby.
