I called to get information about a battery warranty and was given the runaround by service advisor Laura. She didn’t seem interested in helping and only repeated policies, which was not helpful. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was forwarded to voicemail instead of receiving any real assistance. This is disappointing and not the level of customer care I expect from Ford.
