I hope this isn’t an early warning sign not to go here. The showroom and service department opens at 8am but the phone system does not allow calls to be transferred to an open department. If someone is experiencing an emergency breakdown, how can they make arrangements to have their vehicle tow to this location if no one is available to answer the phone during business hours?
Mac Haik is a joke. You took advantage of a young adult trying to build his credit. You sold him an as is car knowing the motor was no good. That's why you denied putting it on the machine when asked to make sure everything was good. He drove the car home on Saturday parked it and on Monday drove it to the shop to get it checked out before driving it 14 hours to New Mexico. I was working a deal on a car with a salesman, I had sent an offer after he sent theirs, had LoJack on it and I asked for that to be removed and explanation of who we would do out of state taxes and he said he would ask the manger the next am. 2 days I got ghosted by the sales guy, we got sick so I didn’t try super hard either. I received excellent service from Crystal Lee at Mac Haik Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Jackson. She was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the process. My RAM Laramie Longhorn Edition was in for a tire pressure sensor issue and a tailgate recall, and everything was handled smoothly and efficiently.
