They bought out mack heik and kept the same mechanics and I have taken my truck in 3 times for my ac and it never gets fixed it goes out every 2 months

Ive never been to a dealership that has no receptionist. it looks extremely unprofessional, one of the sales associates was cussing loudly in the lobby. yet nobody came up to me and helped me, so i left without even looking. my mom went in there before i did and said the associates had to ask their boss about basic details pertaining to the cars. what kind of buisness doesn't train their associates to know things about the cars they are trying to sell?
