Madison location are nothing more than a bunch of crooks. They quoted me 521.00 dollars for an engine splash shield. They charged me 125.00 just to tie wrap the broken splash shield. The Jackson location quoted me a 125.00 for an engine splash shield. Stay away from Mac Haik Madison Travis and Stewart the service manager will rob you. ----- 3-22-2025 just found out today my brake pad are bad, and I replace the in dec of 2023. On January 24 of last month my drive shaft came down from the front I was driving home and lucky I wasn’t on the interstate just 2 miles from home. I have a 2023 Dodge Ram 1500 truck with just 18,895 miles . On October 11, 2024 there was a recall on these vehicles on Powertrain Control Module and done at Mac Haik where I bought this truck from in Madison with just 12 miles on it.This truck come with Powertrain Warranty 60 month or 60000 miles which expires on 4/26/28. Went to purchase a vehicle they switched me to 3 different sales ppl after waiting for 4 hours I left went back a couple hours later they got my info To run my credit. I called them no answer very unprofessional and they never returned my calls. Stay away from this place horrible customer service. I see why they aren’t selling vehicles
Brought my car in for service at the Madison location. My first time here and I am just blown away! I had honestly given up on finding a business that still cares enough to make sure the customer is happy.
