The staff is nice but the service is not so good, went in for an oil change, apparently, they DON'T CHECK FLUIDS and it's not included with an oil change, I needed washer fluid, the carpartment is bone dry and when I left I still needed washer fluid , now I'm wondering if they really changed my oil
This year I was in the market for two new vehicles. Went to Mac Haik in Madison, which is only 15 minutes from my home. Was looking at a Laramie 1500 to replace my Jeep Rubicon. Could not get fair market value on the Jeep, and they offered only a slight price reduction on the 1500. Ended up at Sullivan Ford in Brookhaven who gave me what I wanted on the Jeep, and deep discount on a new F-150 Lariat. Went in for oil change and A/C Recirculating issue and get a phone call stating that the vehicle is ready. Go to get into the vehicle to leave this dealership and still have the same problem that i went in for. SMH this place is a joke they will rob you blind but never again. STAY AWAY
