It took four weeks to get my car back for a timing chain. The price was changed twice. When I finally got the car back, the oil light popped on after driving for 25 minutes. The mechanics completely forgot to put oil back in the vehicle. There's no telling how much damage was done from this. Their recommendation, drive it back with no oil in it so they can check it. People are great, costs are high.
Darius Kemble was my service advisor. Despite prior interaction, or the lack thereof, I accepted assistance because I needed to be in and out. Darius has very poor customer service skills. I thought it was just a bad day the first time but this has been every time I’ve visited. Also my tires were not rotated and fluids not topped off but listed on checkout receipt.
