Garbage, Chad should not be able to answer the phones or talk to customers. He started by lying and finished the visit by trying to take money for a job that was only half done and offering solutions he knew were not viable. Square peg in a round hole guy. The manager Trevor did not care. Lots of other customers there so they made money for the day but wont for long with their current crew. Wasted over 2 hours of my day.
We do use this dealer for service until recently. We had an appt for transmission service we made with the Lincoln concierge two months prior, securing a promise for a loaner. When we arrived Wed. am, no loaner was available. He said one was being returned later that day. Did not happen. Next day, nothing. Crickets.
