My wife and I purchased a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon from Mac Haik Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in Georgetown as a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. Unfortunately, our experience since the purchase has been extremely disappointing. The Jeep has repeatedly experienced the same rear axle-locker and four-wheel-drive system failure. The dealership replaced the rear axle-locker sensor three separate times, replaced a leaking differential pass-through connector, and later cleaned the connector when the problem returned.
