Change is a constant. If you need to change your car, head to Mac Haik and talk to Toa Tafuna. I recently purchased a vehicle with her and it was a great experience and process from start to finish. She kept me updated on everything and she continued to provide responsive service after the sale.
A very polite and knowledgeable woman by the name of Toa Tafuna helped when I came in to buy my car. Shopping for a new vehicle is one of my least favorite things to do, but Toa really helped me and made the entire process easy and smooth. I definitely recommend asking for her if you plan on stopping by. 8/29/25 Update - I have now purchased 3 vehicles with Toa! She is the best!
Amazing experience! Toa broke all the car tech stuff down to simple terms which made the process stress and pressure free 👌🏽
I had a great experience working with Toa who answered all of my questions over the phone and got back to me in a timely manner rather than just blowing me off for not being there in person. She took the time to identify pain points and priorities I didn’t consider when purchasing a used vehicle and informed me about a tax credit for electric vehicles that I was unaware of! 10/10 would recommend working with her to my friends and family!
