We've bought 7 cars within our family in the 15+ years at Mac Haik Ford Georgetown. We have had countless positive experiences but these last two years have been a landslide into frustration. like others mentioned, they need 2 days to look at noisy brake pedal. Taking two days to just look at a minor issue does not reflect high-quality or efficient work.
I had a great experience at Mac Haik Ford today getting my Mustang’s A/C repaired. My service advisor Dwayne truly went above and beyond and made the whole experience stress free. He suggested I come in early to maximize my chances of a same-day repair, which ended up making all the difference! I bought my Blue CPO ‘21 F-150 from a dealership in Houston. While that was a headache, I loved my truck and needed it for work/family. 1 month before my CPO warranty expired, I took the truck in for transmission concerns.
