He suggested I come in early to maximize my chances of a same-day repair, which ended up making all the difference! I bought my Blue CPO ‘21 F-150 from a dealership in Houston. While that was a headache, I loved my truck and needed it for work/family. 1 month before my CPO warranty expired, I took the truck in for transmission concerns. The trip to quick lube went well. The service advisor was very helpful and allowed me to use points to cover the bill. But the advisor in the service department this morning……I know you don’t mean to make the customer feel like you’re put out by doing your job but it comes across that way. Having a failing vehicle, especially under warranty, when you’d think it would still be running properly, is a problem in itself, the last thing we need is to feel like you don’t want to help when that’s your job is another.

Ford Mobile Service was able to do warranty repair on my vehicle in the parking lot at my work. Very convenient

Today was the second time the service department fell short of any expectations. I had to make an appointment 2 1/2 weeks in advance for a small problem. I took it in and waited for a call (which I never got) and ended up calling them and was told it would be 2 days before anyone could look at it. That would have been nice to know when I dropped it off, but I wasn't informed. Service is nonexistent, especially if you have to deal with Robert!
