I really wanted to like this body shop. I took my jeep there for hail repair and I had an awesome service writer that kept me informed every step of the way. However, when I went to pick it up, it was covered in compound splatter so I couldn’t check it out very well. Nobody was around except the receptionist when I picked up my keys so I just took it and left. When I got home I washed it and found several problems.
