I always get my Ford serviced at a ford dealership... And I always have been completely satisfied.... But for now on I will definitely bring in my own oil filter ...because. I can get one at autozone for under $20....And y'all charged me $45 for the same old filter. $15 more than it was a few months ago
Not happy about their service dept. I waited 3 weeks to get an appointment and took my car in early Monday morning. I rented a car across the street to get me around while my car is being fixed. I never got any calls from them and by Friday I realized they hadn't done anything on my car. I was charged $400 for the rental car that week and my car still had the problem. I will be in the market for a new Ford in the near future and will not be coming into this dealership for anything! They don't care!
