The receptionist and the people at the body shop were amazing! I was in crisis when my check engine light came on. They talked me down from a panic and gave me all the best options for my car’s issues. This team is the best! And they helped me so much.
I worked with Lane Henderson and had an excellent experience. He was professional, responsive, and made the process smooth from start to finish. Lane listened to what I was looking for, communicated clearly, and followed through on every detail. It’s rare to find someone in sales who is genuinely helpful without pressure, and Lane was exactly that. I’m very happy with my purchase and the service I received. I would gladly work with Lane again and will be recommending him to others.
I choose to take my Ford Explorer to Mac Haik since that is where I purchased my vehicle and I feel comfortable doing so. So far, I have been pleased with the service that I have received since I purchased the vehicle. Initially, they would vacuum the front floor mats but this is no longer being done. What I have noticed is that neither my cabin filter or air filter have been checked. If they have, I havent been told. I'm really okay with that, since I prefer to change them myself.

The sign in the shop says “ in a world full of ugly, it's always nice to be kind". Wow, what a true testament of going above and beyond in technical service excellence and most of all the kind and courteous staff.
