Yesterday afternoon it was time to shop for a new car. Initially I checked local dealer inventory on-line and settled on Golling as there were a few vehicles there that captured my interest. Whatever you do do not go to any Orchard dealer. Once again management change any nobody knows anything…. Oh I don’t care what the last manager said he isn’t here anymore… THEN dropped off Sunday for “first thing Monday morning” end of day Monday I get a call… “can’t inspect your truck it’s missing a lug nut”…. Still in the preliminary stages of trying to sort this out, but long story short, I brought my low-mileage Jeep Wrangler (purchased at Gator) in for service, check engine light was on and engine was running rough. So, $1800 and five trips later, Jeep still had check engine light and was still running rough. Was told to "drive it and it would clear up." Recently when driving through Conway, Arkansas, the water in fuel light came on the dash of my 2026 Dodge ram. I had one day to kill so I decided to make an appointment at this dealership. Everything that I had read in the meantime, referred to a simple task. That task was to drain the fuel filters. When I got to the dealership I was quoted $1600 for the job.
