This company will dishonestly overcharge you. They have a 1 hour minimum bill rate, which is understandable, businesses need to keep the lights on; however, I was charged 1.5 hours labor for them to diagnose a bathroom fan having a burnt out motor. Please note that they did not replace the fan or even remove the motor, they just took it out of the ceiling, found out the motor was bad, and put the fan back in the ceiling with bad motor untouched.
