I rented a home on Brooken Hill for one year. The owner was very responsive and very easy to work with. He has a rigorous application process and move in costs are a little high but the properties are nice and once you lease up you will have a home you can be proud of. Also I never had an issue getting something repaired and the property owner never imposed.
