When it was time to buy a new computer, I didn't have time to research all of the features or set it up. The MacDoctor wrote me a customized pros and cons list for the two different models I was considering. When the machine arrived, I went straight to his office and handed over the unopened laptop. I am very pleased to recommend Joshua at Mac Doctor. As an intermediate user, I often find that such service providers either talk over my head or speak in a condescending tone, but Joshua was able to answer all my questions in an understandable, unpatronizing fashion. He led me through my system modifications step-by-step, and, in the end, helped me find a technology solution that works for my small business.
My experience with Mac Doctor was really excellent, in all dimensions. He's clearly an expert, he's responsive, he's friendly and personable, and he's reasonably priced. Awesome! Joshua was extremely helpful to us in quickly diagnosing and fixing several problems with our iMac and iPad2. He was excellent at explaining things so we could understand them. After he left, we continued to email with him about some other minor issues and questions and he responded promptly and helped us even though he was not "on the clock." We will definitely call Joshua again the next time we have a problem with a computer.
