I came by the Mac Doctor years ago when I had a problem. He quickly returned my call and solved my problem over the phone. Then, this year, My MacBook Pro was out of warranty, glitchy, and running low on disk space. The Mac Doctor quickly analyzed the problems, made a reasonable proposal for fixes, and had me back to work in very short order. As a collector of Apple products, I had all the gadgets, but was clueless as to how to sync. them.I now have one calendar, one reminder list, etc. Joshua sync-d my ipad, iphone, and Mac Pro. He attached my wireless printer, and gave me pointers on how to use my products. I will definitely have him back again to have some tutoring. Joshua is highly professional and exceedingly knowledgeable on Apple products.
I have recently opened a home office and needed to organize my new iMac, iPad, iPhone, iTouch, MacAir and MacBookPro along with a Time Machine/Router and Apple TV, they all had to be made to play nice with each other and help me run my busy investment and venture capital operations and all from a home office, I have no staff so all has to be right all the time.
