Bodhi and his crew carried out a very finicky circuit-board level repair on a very complex aviation GPS no longer supported by its manufacturer. The work was carried out cheerfully and quickly, and after a first attempt failed (due partly to misunderstanding of my somewhat obscure instructions) it was repeated successfully and at no additional charge (and the initial charge was extremely reasonable). We've lived in Sebastopol for decades, and have been going to Mac Daddy for years. Always satisfied with their parts and service and — as an Apple computer user since the late 1970s — I'm kind of picky about Apple parts and repair and all that. Again, Mac Daddy has not disappointed.

Bodhi and Sam are fantastic. Great communication and professional service and a pleasure to talk to! They helped me out with an old laptop and I will be coming back to them for any future tech repair needs.

I brought my Mac in to fix the screen. It was working fine, but the screen was broken, even though the backlight still came on. They told me they had the replacement screen and that it should be ready in 2 hours. However, when I went back after 2 hours, they said they couldn’t fix it and that the MacBook was no longer turning on.
