Came in today. And there were 2 women standing at the cash. It appeared one was training the other possibly. But wow were they very unapproachable. The blond seemed so bothered to help me. Saying my product was discontinued and then anything similar was out of stock. And to go to a Mac store. She seemed so bothered to help me and wanted me gone. No smiles, looking grumpy and bothered. Won’t be back to that location. Teach your employees about customer service.

They lost our makeup application appointment and didn't do anything to make up an appointment to fix their error. "Sorry we're all booked". Unprofessional and inefficient loss of appointment and poor customer service to make it right.
The staff here are very rude and unpleasant. I’ve gone in a couple times and I’ve never gotten any good service. I went there yesterday, and the girl there gave me a snarky look and didn’t ask if I needed help or anything.
I had my make done here and the girl that did my makeup was very friendly. Did a great job. The ladies name was amber. Highly recommended.
