As a darker-skinned woman, this was the first time in my life I've experienced mean, condescending and biased treatment at a MAC store in Palm Beach County. Shira, you need to get some serious help and learn how to stop treating darker-skinned women you feel insecure around as though they are inferior beings, children or chattel sl-ves. You also need to learn how to color match darker skin better. This is the second time we've used the makeup service at this MAC location. Both times, we were very happy with the results. I have loved MAC products for many years and am happy to have found a location that does great makeup applications. Angel took care of us today and had excellent customer service.
Shira was very nice and joyful while helping me pick out my new makeup products. She was patient and professional while other customers were complaining about things that weren’t under her control (short staffed). Definitely recommend!
Great experience at Mac in Wellington mall. Shira made our experience memorable and made us feel extremely comfortable due to having limited knowledge about certain products. She educated us all products and made us laugh while doing so! Such a fun time, will definitely be back.
