Hi, good day, Yesterday I went to Mac Eaton Centre. I understand it was busy due to the holiday, however about 10-15 min I was about to leave the store, because the Mac makeup artist who was asked to assist me from another employee who was going on break, seemed as she didn’t want to. These employees don't have a clue about matching make-up. I have had to go back twice to exchange foundation colours. Some of them are too busy trying to sell you on what The Kardashians are wearing or what 20 year old girl trends on tik tok are doing. There was a point in time when the MAC make up artist were some of the best...what happened??
