I went in to make a few purchases and try-buy some MAC products and get a light makeover for an evening social. I was met by and assisted by Desiree. From the second I sat down I knew this was going to be an unpleasant experience by the demeanor of this associate. During the hour I sat there this was the most grueling and unpleasant experience I've ever had getting a makeover at a cosmetic counter. Kia and Shereka new manager are very knowledgeable and attentive. I have done a dull face with both, and I am very pleased with professionalism
