The manager Angie that is at the Folsom location is not a good manager! I placed an order for same day delivery, had an issue with the delivery driver not being able to find my apt so he takes it back to the store. Here’s the kicker, the driver … uber driver who I do not know tells manager return my order. Now whether this was malicious on his part or I don’t know or he had a heavy accent and meant he was only bringing the order back since he couldn’t deliver it and that was just how he happened to word it. I had the most amazing experience at MAC thanks to Sossi! She spent about an hour helping me and my family find our perfect shade matches and even helped us nail down makeup routines tailored to our individual skin types. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Sossi made everyone feel so comfortable and really took the time to listen to what we wanted. Sossi was so incredibly helpful today!! I needed to get my foundation color matched and she was so kind and patient helping me find the right color. She was incredibly knowledgeable on the products and had wonderful energy. Would come back to see her at this store again!

I walked into this store last night 20 minutes prior to their closing time. A very nice Mac employee name Sossi was so kind to attend to me and help me find everything I needed. She was very helpful and efficient. I had a great experience shopping at this Mac store in Folsom.
