I walked into this store last night 20 minutes prior to their closing time. A very nice Mac employee name Sossi was so kind to attend to me and help me find everything I needed. She was very helpful and efficient. I had a great experience shopping at this Mac store in Folsom.
Had very poor customer service today. I made an appointment and arrived ahead of time. Two customers were in the store being served by one employee. When it was my turn I told said employee that I had an appointment. Another employee came out of the back room and had no interaction with me. Two more customers came in while I was waiting for my service. The employee whom I spoke with asked one of the customers how she could help her and urged the newest customer to sit in a chair so she could apply some products on her face, ... read more
