Making a return for duplicate item. Been wearing mac for years. Won't change a thing. Staff was very helpful.

Anytime I need MAC, I visit this location. Janessa always helps me find the right colors, textures, and shades for my face. The staff will give you a half face so you can see the difference too. I like the quality of the makeup. The store is always organized, bright, and clean.

I opted for the skin essentials makeup service, which the website claims takes 15 minutes. However, the session ended up lasting 1 hour and 45 minutes. The staff member applied concealer and then left me waiting for 15 minutes while she attended to other customers before returning to apply foundation. For each application she left me waiting and the wait was incredibly exhausting. If the store is too busy or understaffed, they shouldn't accept appointments. Always a good experience at this store. All of the employees are super helpful! I almost always find what I need- very rarely are items out of stock. I swear by their eyeliner and I don’t use anything else!
