Won’t be back to this MAC Store. I walked in (on Saturday, 2/28 around 4 pm) prepared to overhaul my makeup with four new lipsticks, three new blushes, and four lip pencils. Couldn’t even get acknowledged except to be asked to move aside to get a lipstick for another customer. Even after all the other customers left, and I was the only one left in the store (besides the person getting a makeup consultation), all the two “sales associates” could do was chit chat with each other. I scheduled an appointment for NYE and had an idea of my desired look. It was extremely busy but I was impressed by the way the young ladies handled servicing multiple customers. This was my first trying MAC products and I had a wonderful experience. As for my look, Val did an amazing job and totally nailed what I wanted. If I could have slept with this face I would have.
I had an amazing experience at MAC Cosmetics! Amirah, the manager, was absolutely wonderful. Even though they were preparing for an event, she still took the time to help me, which I thought was truly amazing especially right before the event started. I came in on short notice, and she still did my makeup, and when I say it was on point, it was flawless. I feel bad for the one great employee there-Imani. She was excellent. But other then that-Would give a zero if I could. Poorly run store. They are commission-based, and they only check out their own customers. We waited in line for 10 minutes, and an associate pulled the lady from behind us to check her out because she helped her find something(while she was in line). We left. Spent nothing. Mac is losing big time here.
