I visited the MAC store recently and was extremely disappointed with the staff. Instead of being greeted or offered any help, the employees were too busy chatting about their personal lives to notice customers walking in. I stood around waiting for assistance, but no one bothered to ask if I needed anything.
I just want to recognize Alexis for going above and beyond and providing me numerous solutions. I booked a full makeup service but unfortunately when I showed up there, I realized due to time constraints, I wouldn’t get to my event on time so I chose to cancel. Alexis completely understood my predicament and offered me numerous solutions to make it on time!
