I placed an order on April 22, 2021 and it never arrived. I called their call center and was told it was shipped to their main sorting facility and I would get another tracking number once it was in motion. That email never arrived. A lot of issues with this company, Employees in Clinton crossing Connecticut they can just decide who they are gonna sell the products to Employees in Atlanta choose to sell some products to specific person while telling other customers they don’t have it or sold out. Why? Did they take bride? You’d better check your camera to figure those things out if you want to have a healthy business

We attempted to speak with this consumer to personally address her concerns. We emailed the email address provided on the BBB site, requesting she call our corporate office on both 5/10/21 and 5/14/21. As the consumer has not replied to our emails or phoned our office, we are considering this review closed.
My first experience trying to make an online purchase with this company, will definitely be my last. I tried to make a purchase of an item that was in stock. The online service continously took me to and then out of my approved payment method. I called and they confirmed that there were problems with there online service, but they could see where I made several attempts to pay. I tried to buy for about $400 of Creme de la Mer products for my wife's birthday on the cdlm website. The website has a glitch, and it processed my order twice using ******. I then decided to call their customer service line and passed the same order using my **** card. Within a few hours I received an email saying my order could not go through.
