i booked an appointment for an update on make up application- 70$ all i got was a very boring application one new insight - for what i used to get for free $70! i bought cosmetics- the eyeliner is absolutely rubbish -and while the colors are good trying to get any pencil on is almost impossible- they gave me one tiny freebie for 400$ worth of makeup and brushes - i will never buy mac again - some products are ok but they just seem like rip off artists now instead of make up artists

This MAC store is the best one I've ever been to. It's always clean and organized, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Sam and Roula are the best! They're always willing to go the extra mile to help you find what you're looking for. The store is always stocked with everything I need, and the displays are really nice. I love this store and I'll definitely keep coming back!
Visited today and bought my first lipstick in 5 years. I'm not a "makeup girl" but the associate, Samantha S., was so incredibly helpful and kind when I felt like I had no idea where to even start. I had 3 cranky toddlers with me, making a racket, but Samantha helped me pick out a beautiful shade, boosted my confidence when I wavered, and gave me the sweetest compliment that carried me through the rest of the day. Thank you so much. You genuinely made my day and let's be real, my whole week lol 🥹
