Five-star service from Tommy! I came in looking for foundation but didn't know where to start. Tommy went above and beyond to help me find the right shade for my skin type. I wanted to say thank you to Josh! I went in on Tuesday after months of feeling stressed about what the heck I was doing (definitely a makeup novice). I had an exceptional experience at MAC this afternoon thanks to Joshua R. From the moment I walked in with my daughter, he greeted us with incredible politeness and professional attention (despite the store being busy). I arrived with a long list of shades and plenty of indecision, but Joshua spent an hour working with me patiently.
