I had such a great experience at this location today! I went in today to restock a product for my makeup kit and the woman helping me let me know my pro discount wasn’t showing up but I had renewed it the day before. The two ladies offered to call customer service for me and got it all sorted out! They kindly let me know it takes a few days to activate. Which I truly appreciated, I will definitely be coming back to shop there! Thanks ladies <3

This store deserves a 0 star . I have been in a few times over the last few years and always horrible service. But this time will be the last time . The older lady that has white blonde hair is so rude I almost feel sorry for her because to be this angry clearly she has a bad life , but why work with people in customer service if your like that . My daughter needed make up for her grad/prom and we walked out because she was so miserable. Go to Sephora it is way better .

I was in the store at the beginning of December and Peggy was extremely helpful. She made a recommendation that ended up saving me $$$ and took the extra step to get me what I needed. Much appreciated!

Mac Newmarket is the place to go for any beauty needs. I had a 90 min lesson with Peggy and she was absolutely fabulous. She is a master at her craft. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, the whole staff was amazing, friendly and I left looking the best I’ve felt in a long time. Thank you Peggy and the entire team!
