There is no where better to go on your Big Day. Julie, Jessie and the rest of the Team make you feel like a Supermodel before you even sit in the chair - but then after ?!?! Flawless. Really disappointed with MAC at Upper Canada Mall. I went in for a lipstick, waited a long time, and the two employees were busy talking to family instead of helping. I even asked for help and was ignored. Ended up leaving—very unprofessional.
Amazing staff who are very knowledgeable and helpful. Only Mac store that I visit. Highly recommend to everyone
I shop at this store somewhat regularly and Cassidy and Ryan are always welcoming, knowledgeable, and warm with their assistance and recommendations. Last time my mom and I went in Cassidy spent about 10 minutes showing us the new collection in such an exciting way - it's refreshing to see customer service paired with excitement about the job and products. We will be coming back for sure!
