This store deserves a 0 star . I have been in a few times over the last few years and always horrible service. But this time will be the last time . The older lady that has white blonde hair is so rude I almost feel sorry for her because to be this angry clearly she has a bad life , but why work with people in customer service if your like that . My daughter needed make up for her grad/prom and we walked out because she was so miserable. Go to Sephora it is way better .
Brittany K is an excellent sales professional with a great service attitude. She is attentive, professional, and also very beautiful.

Mac Newmarket is the place to go for any beauty needs. I had a 90 min lesson with Peggy and she was absolutely fabulous. She is a master at her craft. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, the whole staff was amazing, friendly and I left looking the best I’ve felt in a long time. Thank you Peggy and the entire team!
I am the first one to admit that MAC does not have a great reputation for customer service. From my experience - if you are shopping at the locations within the Bay - you better know what you want because you are treated as if you are an inconvenience. I’ve gone to 4 separate Bay MAC locations to be treated the same every time. I drove from Barrie to try the Newmarket store because I really did want advice and I was greeted by the lovely Julie.
