I was in the store today, to return a lipstick, the shade was just not working for me, I was helped by Blanka, She was so kind, patient, and welcoming from the moment she helped me. My makeup bag needed a full refresh. I was a walk-in, but Blanca took her time with me, learned about my style, skills, and comfort level, tested out some shades with me, and helped me figure out a look.
