Fie was absolutely amazing, I walked in to get foundation on my wedding day and she completely took care of me and gave me everything I needed. The makeup I purchased was flawless and a perfect match! Fie is an amazing employee, 10/10 recommend!!!

I came in yesterday morning for an appointment as I was the maid of honor in a wedding. I had my times mixed up and called the store because I would be late and the manager told me it’s fine come in. I showed her my inspiration picture and she executed it! I received compliments all night! She was friendly and told me things about my skin. She had me getting out the chair feeling like a princess. I went to Mac because I wanted to be match for foundation when I walked in the employee was doing someone makeup after 10 mins she asked me if I needed help but not in a friendly way she seemed like she was annoyed and had do stop what she was doing to help me she did come over and help me she rushed so she could get back to what she was doing I’m so mad I didn’t get her name I was very upset I ended up leaving empty handed I have been going to Mac for years but this situation is made me want to take my business elsewhere

I am regular customer of this store but last week I came across with the lady with curly hair and glasses called herself manager was so rude. I will never ever visit this store again and will not recommend to anyone 🤯🤮😤 Worst worst worst customer service 👹🤛🏻
