I went to Mac because I wanted to be match for foundation when I walked in the employee was doing someone makeup after 10 mins she asked me if I needed help but not in a friendly way she seemed like she was annoyed and had do stop what she was doing to help me she did come over and help me she rushed so she could get back to what she was doing I’m so mad I didn’t get her name I was very upset I ended up leaving empty handed I have been going to Mac for years but this situation is made me want to take my business elsewhere

I am regular customer of this store but last week I came across with the lady with curly hair and glasses called herself manager was so rude. I will never ever visit this store again and will not recommend to anyone 🤯🤮😤 Worst worst worst customer service 👹🤛🏻

I stopped in there on Tuesday the 28th. I was blown away by the service I received from Feliza. She went above and beyond! Made me feel so pretty and hooked me up with some great products. I wish I had remembered the gentleman that she was working with this. He was great and helped me finish my sale. Honestly, just great service!!!

I’ve shopped at this Mac before I understand how busy they get. However, when I enter the store on August 2nd, 2024 at 4:50. I wanted to quickly exchange a lipstick when I encountered the manager Elize. Not only was she not able to do my exchange due to a system error. She could not make the right call to get me in and out of the store. When I recommendation for her to hand write the receipt due their register failure and the items having the same value. Brandy was sooo helpful! I am trying to get back into makeup and was having a hard time finding a foundation shade. I went in hoping to get some guidance and Brandy was great, we found a solution to the problem and I didn’t feel rushed or looked down on for not knowing certain things. I’m new to shopping at MAC but thanks to Brandy I’ll definitely be back.
