Very bad experience today with the store manager! She was not nice to me, she was loud! I went their on time for free lipstick around 10.56am with my aunt but she refused to give me saying we came together but we are not one family my aunt is from Utah and I am from delaware my aunt even show her Utahs id card!! Then she gave lipticks to other people who were after us in line, thats not right!! That’s disrespectful we saw the online ad we came and got disrespected at the store! Store manager was not cooperative
I called right before the store was closing for the day to ask if they had an item in stock. Sea, the store manager, was so kind and so helpful. She didn’t rush the interaction and let me know the item I was looking for was in stock. I said I would call back in the morning to purchase them but forgot until the next day. Came in a for a color match on 4/19 around 2pm. The woman who “helped us” asked what type of look I wanted to go for…matte versus dewey I believe. I explained I don’t wear makeup so I don’t know what kind I wanted and said I’ll let you think about it then with a clear and apparent attitude and proceed to help my friend and cut me off. This was my best experience at MAC EVER!!! And I’ve only had good experiences and have been an avid customer for so long. Fie went above and beyond start to finish. She didn’t have to but she made the effort to get my package out the same day. I am so touched by the care kindness and generosity Fie exhibited. Thank you again!!! 🤗♥️
The make up service I received was fantastic and I left feeling like a new woman! The ladies that work in this store are wonderful, professional, and so kind.
