I went to this Mac store to find a lipstick...a blonde woman who was working here started helping me...I was trying to find a shade and she just got so pushy and made me so uncomfortable. I had to tell her to give me a minute to decide. So unprofessional, I wish I got her name. It was a very negative experience and I will never shop here again.

Genuinely one of the best experiences, for someone that takes so long deciding rowida for me exactly what I wanted no bs like sometimes you can tell employees are trying to sell products but wallah She helped so much considering the fact it was so busy too!! God bless her!

This was my first time shopping at MAC and I had such a great experience! Nerissa helped me pick out an eyeshadow palette and she was so sweet and helpful. She really took the time to show me different options and helped me find something that suits me perfectly. I left feeling super happy with my purchase — thank you, Nerissa!

I had a really great experience at MAC thanks to Alexa. She was so sweet and welcoming, and even though I was in a rush, she still took the time to help me in such a positive and efficient way. She made the whole experience easy and even made me laugh along the way!
