I’ve never felt so disrespected or unwelcome at a MAC store until my visit today. From the moment I walked in, I was treated as though I was bothering the salesperson—who, by the way, never greeted me. That alone wasn’t a big deal, but things only got worse. I stood at the register for quite some time, made eye contact with her, smiled, and patiently waited for her to approach. I went in to get the jt lip combo and was not greeted had to give eye contact to 3 employees busy having a whole person conversation not paying attention to me and my 2 daughter then ask about the product and was told its not available and didn’t even seem interested to even give any suggestions just stayed by the cash register area having a person conversation .Would never shop at this location again for anything bad business.

I had the most awesome time at Mac. I am a new customer and was hesitant on the brand until the employees said hello! They were all so helpful. The manager, Raymond, made me feel like a million bucks. They were all able to help me narrow down my choice. I wanted one lipstick, initially - but, the way they catered to my sensory needs ; made me indulge in redoing my entire collection. I feel so pretty with their suggestions and don't regret my purchase at all. Awesome employees! Mac, you hit the jackpot with this team.

My daughter scheduled an appointment to get her makeup done for her junior prom. I have no complaints with the Makeup artist Lanishka, she did a fabulous job with my daughter’s makeup. She listened, worked fast to get us out in time and was very professional. We were both happy with the outcome and would definitely book with her again.
