Excellent service. Went to buy a gift. I know very little about cosmetics. The salesperson was very nice and helped me pick outs items while staying in my budget.
As a 60 year old, high-maintenance woman who hasn’t bought makeup in over a year. Rachel gave me so much time and attention and was incredibly patient with me. I came for online pickup this afternoon!! I said i have pick up and she left the cashier and told someone did you find your shade 😂 really!! I’m in hurry that’s why i did pick up instead!! I didn’t even pick up and left it! 0 customer service!! Disappointed!!
Visiting this MAC store was such a breath of fresh air compared to the Sephora across the way. The store was clean and welcoming. I was helped right away by Rachel H. who honestly was so great! She helped me find my perfect lipstick and matching liner. She hooked me up with samples and set me up for their rewards program which I’ve somehow never joined before. MAC is more affordable than Sephora and much more of a “luxury” experience these days. Thanks, Rachel!
