While the products are generally good, the customer service at this location is lacking. It was not this way a couple years ago. The woman I spoke with was rude and not helpful. Thankfully a call to the customer service line fixed what the store would not. Avoid this store.

Had such a pleasant experience with Rachel today. I stopped in looking for a lipstick and was greeted quickly, offered suggestions on other shades and products to check out and given a primo spot to try on in natural light. It’s clear that Rachel is knowledgeable, and teaming that with her great customer service, she makes a fantastic ambassador for MAC. I’m excited for the opportunity to come in again.

Hayley is the best! Not only helped me select products to create an easy Smokey eye look but also helped my 7 year old select some fun products as well and boosted my kiddo’s love of makeup. We will be back!

I had the best experience of any MAC store here with Morgan. She was so welcoming, kind and so enthusiastic about the work that she does! She made me feel so comfortable, asked me questions to understood my ask and she even thought me how to use everything that I purchased……she knocked it out of the park!! I thoroughly enjoyed my time. Also I love my new eyeshadows and brushes and because Morgan took the time with me, I have worn my new goodies every single day since. I can’t recommend her at the Bridgeport store more :)
