Rude staff!!! Second time ordering from here. First one was in person. This time I ordered online (same day delivery) a rather sizable order for my upcoming travel. The free sample was missing. It is not about the sample itself. It was a convenient travel size option for me. When I called them they said come and get the missing item from the store. If I had time to go to the store, why would I pay extra for same day delivery. On top of that the person on the phone was extremely rude.

This store offers excellent selection, a well organized shopping experience, and the staff member we worked with was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and patiently answered all of our questions. I will definitely be back. My expectations were exceeded.
