I wish that i saved my receipt so i could give Dakota proper credit for her service, but she was an absolute pleasure. my best friend and i impulsively came in and were SO kindly greeted with amazing customer service. Dakota shared her genuine advice + professional opinion, making the perfect recommendations. i will onlyyy be shopping at this location and have already been recommending to all my friends 🫶

I had a slightly unusual request when I visited the MAC store at Bridgeport Village, and Hayley was excellent. I needed makeup for a film I’m involved in, and I really didn’t know where to start. She patiently walked me through the options, tested a few products with my skin tone, and explained everything clearly without making me feel out of place. She was knowledgeable, polite, and genuinely helpful. I really appreciated her professionalism and would absolutely recommend working with her.
