Worst customer service ever.
Extremely disappointing customer service. The staff was rude and unhelpful, making the experience frustrating and unpleasant.
UPDATED REVIEW The staff is friendly and the place is clean. There aren't teenie boppers running around like Ulta or Sephora. It's a bit expensive it the product is worth it. If you have a Cosmo license you can sign up for discounts.
Can I give zero stars? 9/10 times I come here they are closed. Even today, I called in the morning to see when they are open. "OPEN TILL 7 THEY SAY". It's 5:15 and the gates are down. Maybe they are on break? Could at least put up a sign.
