Very disappointing experience at MAC. I came in to return a product with my receipt and was still within the return window, but the employee who helped me, Chris, told me I could only get store credit because my purchase “ wasn’t under my email ." I had proof of purchase and was within the return window, so the reasoning didn't make sense. It felt dismissive and like the return wasn't being handled fairly. Not the level of customer service I expected.
Mary did an awesome job on my full glam look for my 37th bday. She was also so genuinely sweet. Everyone else there was also so positive and uplifting. Thank you giirlll!!!!
Mac has always been my go-to for makeup. This location in particular is my favorite because the note staff looks fabulous, very knowledgeable, and helpful. Not to mention, they’re always willing to take time to go over new products and shades with me to ensure I feel my best!
