I booked an appointment so I could get a full face makeup for my upcoming birthday photoshoot. Omg! They called me hours before my appointment to confirm the services I need. I was able to get an earlier time. The service from when I walked through the door, to the makeup artists, to the products, to the finishing, was impressive! I had a nice experience with the sales associates but after leaving the store with my purchase, I noticed makeup on my just purchased tan-colored Citizens for Humanity slacks. I immediately went back to the store and the associate used an alcohol-based wipe on my designer jeans to take out the stain. After drying it left a 5x5 inch permanent stain on the pant leg! Nothing will take out. This is a professional make-up company and the employee had no knowledge of what she was doing.

Shoutout Emily!!!😊 this was my first time purchasing any MAC products, Emily has so much knowledge and expertise, she was also so kind and conversational, it was such an amazing experience :) she spent so much time helping me find the perfect product/shade and answering my many questions.
