Twice in 2016 for my husband and twice in 2019 for myself we've used anesthesiologists from this office and they were great. BUT they file insurance and never send you a bill, but months later you will get a collection notice. As others have expressed, I had many problems with billing. They utilized an "out of network" provider and did not tell me they were doing so. In addition, they billed for both an anesthesiologist and for a nurse anesthetist during my surgery. I spoke with some physician friends who said they should have had one person responsible for the procedure, and thus only one bill. Long story short, they turned me into a collection agency and it was dragged on for months, several hours of phone calls, having them "change their story"... read more

I have gotten so many bills in the mail for something my insurance is supposed to be taking care of. My insurance company said the claim was never filed! I sent the bills back with my insurance number roughly 5-6x I have called and given my insurance # and I have even faxed in a copy of my insurance card. Now this morning, several months after I assumed the bill had been taken care of I get a phone call from a third party debt collector?? This is ridiculous!
